Luis and team came to our home to do a large paint project along with various handyman projects that came up along the way. They did an excellent job, communication was on point. The value was a great deal for the quality of work! We look forward to having Luis on call for any of our future projects. They even started our project a day ahead of schedule which was ideal because it meant a sooner completion date. Would 100% recommend!

Luis was very responsive and flexible and quoted us a great price. His team completed the project on time and even worked Saturdays to meet the time deadline. We were pleased with how the bathroom turned out and will be using Luis for future home projects. I would recommend Luis and his team to anyone looking for a contractor in the Howard County area.

Luis and his team did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. We started with a photo from Houzz magazine and the transformation was unbelievable! His team is professional, quick and clean. Luis did such an amazing job that we decided to renovated the other 2 full bathrooms midway into the project. As a general contractor Luis and PM Maintenance took over the home renovations and we had the whole house painted and new carpet in each bedroom. Along the way I changed my mind alot! He always said, "My goal is to make you happy. as long as you are happy with the final result, we can make the changes". He is amazing!

They did a great job painting the whole house including trim and doors as well as the front door frame. They are priced better then a lot of companies also.
