Julio and his District Aire team completed my air conditioner replacement to my great satisfaction. I had requested four quotes for the job and Julio stood out from the beginning with his responsiveness, expert advice on the scope of work and quality of the proposal he provided. The final work quality was excellent, including focus on the small details, such as the quality of wiring insulation for a rooftop AC to protect against the elements (looked much better than what my neighbors had!). I can warmly recommend him for his HVAC services.

Julio did an exceptional job helping us out when our furnace went out during the coldest week of the season! Very quickly, he was able to come out and assesses the situation, provide us with a range of options, offered us the best quote out of 4 other vendors, and was able to install the furnace within a matter of hours just two days after the initial assessment. We Could not be happier with Julio and his team. He is professional, responsible, kind and so knowledgeable. We struggled to find an air conditioner company that was interested in working within what we wanted (mini split not high velocity central) and was willing to give us an actual quote and a timeline. District Aire installed a new furnace in my house. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do in detail. His prices were the most affordable. He gave me different options so that I could decide what is best for me instead of just pushing in a new system like many other companies did. I even set up a maintenance package so they can keep my system running as smoothly as possible. I definitely recommend this company to others.
