Workers compensation claims and personal injury claims are "contingent" fee agreements: Translation: I only get paid if I get you paid. Criminal cases require an upfront payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Office visit for a confidential comprehensive review of the injured workers' case. Home visit if the individual is unable to travel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly attend continuing education seminars to refine my craft.
