I highly recommend CR3 American Exteriors! They came out to the house and did an on-site inspection and took the time to explain the various options to us. CR3 was very competitive with their quote and it included a 50-year warranty on materials and 25-years on workmanship. As we were under a time crunch, we asked to be scheduled as soon as possible and CR3 called us back in 2 days to replace our roof that same week! The crew arrived after 7am in the morning and then finished around 5pm. They were professional and cleaned up all the trash and debris around the premises. CR3 exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with how the roof turned out!

CR3 did a great, quality job for a good price. They were able to complete my rather large roof in one day and left the yard clean. They handled everything with permits and HOA and had the job done quickly.

CR3 came out and done my roof and 2 windows and guttering. Everyone was friendly and they all did very good work. I'm very very satisfied with everything. Would highly recommend them for anything g you need doing.

I got several quotes for a new roof from my home. CR3 provided one of the most competitively priced and the best presentation. Octavion was the rep who came to my home and I couldn't have been more impressed by the presentation of the company and the products. He was also clearly a decent and honest person (a trait lacking in most salespeople!) He told me I could easily go a few more years before needing to replace the roof because he couldn't find any deficiencies and that it would mostly be a cosmetic upgrade. I ended up getting my roof cleaned instead (did the trick) and referred my Mom to CR3 and she did end up choosing CR3 to replace her roof - almost entirely because of the professionalism and honesty of Mr. Octavion. She is very happy with her new roof. I would recommend CR3 to anyone looking to get roof work in this area.
