At SJT Cleaning Solutions, our typical process for working with a new customer is simple and personalized—especially since most of our clients come through Thumbtack. Initial Contact: We usually reach out by phone or text shortly after receiving the request. We introduce ourselves, confirm the type of service needed, and answer any immediate questions. Service Details: We gather key information—like the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-out), and any specific areas the client wants us to focus on. Quote & Scheduling: Based on the details, we provide a clear quote and offer available time slots. Many of our customers appreciate that we can often schedule same-day or next-day service. Booking Confirmation: Once the date and time are confirmed, we finalize the booking in our system and send a confirmation message with the full service details. Day of Service: Our background-checked and fully insured team arrives on time, brings all necessary supplies, and completes the job with professionalism. Follow-Up: After the service, we check in with the client to ensure satisfaction and offer options for recurring cleaning at a discounted rate (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

While we don’t come from a formal academic background in cleaning services, our training is 100% practical and industry-focused. All of our team members go through: On-the-job training based on best practices for residential, commercial, and move-out cleanings. Instruction in the safe use of cleaning products and equipment, including how to properly clean delicate surfaces like hardwood floors or stainless steel. Customer service training to ensure professionalism, communication, and respect in every home or business we serve. Ongoing skill development to keep up with eco-friendly techniques and new tools that improve efficiency and results. In addition, every team member is background-checked and insured, so our clients can feel safe and confident when hiring us.
