- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Thumbtack customers a discount from our standard pricing and we offer additional discounts when purchasing multiple services. ex: resume writing and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We differ from many of our competitors by working in a consultative manner with our clients. Our process includes a comprehensive telephone consultation that will help us identify your unique strengths and provide an opportunity to discuss strategies for exceeding the requirements of the resume scanning software many employers use today. We back our service with a guarantee of success, or we will re-write the resume at no additional cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management and more than 20 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry. We have a team of Certified Professional Resume Writers in nearly 50 years of combine experience.
