- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set a service call rate at 150 which secure my time estimating and diagnosing any issues then an hourly rate of 75.00/hr thereafter for all handyman services. Door and window install prices vary greatly and those are charged on a per item basis for all installed products. All other services will begin with the terms listed above. I do charge a standard fuel charge of 50 dollars for any trips 20 miles outside of Bowie.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I request pictures from all homeowners detailing the issues they are having then we are able to come up with a plan to rectify any open issues. I never ask for payment of anything other than materials up front or I would request you purchase materials and cover my time picking up any materials you would need transported. I have a box truck and a trailer that I can use to transport any materials necessary for larger items.

I am a lead certified renovator, I am asbestos certified, I hold multiple window and door installer certifications from highly recognized and vetted companies
