FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for engaging with a new customer is contacting them by phone to find out what Interior Design Services they need. This includes sending a formal contract for Interior Design Services regardless if it is Residential or Commerical. That will outline what Interior Design Services I offer. Then scheduling a meeting with the client. Most of the meetings are in late afternoon to evening and weekends. After getting a first one-on-one meeting, I establish a schedule with the client on what type of services that will be completed. This can include developing small plans (Residential/Commerical), selecting furnishings, finishes and 3D Renderings. This is completed on an per hourly basis. The client is billed only for the type of services that they wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a current LEED Green Associate certifited practioner. This includes incorporating Sustainable Design in many projects. Other courses through ASID and NCIDQ certification. I have five certificates in AUTO-CAD and advanced training in Revit Architecture.
