Rachel and her team have done an outstanding job transforming our small office space. She not only listened closely to our vision but thoughtfully expanded on it to create a design that truly reflects our company’s identity. The result is a space that feels open, cohesive, and far more expansive than its footprint—beautifully balancing form and function.

As with all service providers, trust your gut! Pro: On a positive note, Rachel has a good sense of contemporary style. I didn't love a lot of her vendors -- many choices felt generic -- but I at times appreciated refining ideas with her. Con: Early on, after showing her my existing furniture and communicating my price range, I was disheartened when Rachel sent me a mockup that was designed around a comically cheap looking $99 rug that rendered most of the proposal completely unhelpful and wasted time and resources. (I had communicated I was willing to pay $400-$1K+ for a rug but would like to stay under $1K. This thing looked like it came from a 3D printer.) I was disappointed from that moment forward but tried to salvage the rest of the engagement; I wish I had not. 2.5 stars.
