- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In each of the last 6 years, I've attended at least one major e-commerce conference across the country, including The Internet Retail Conference, E-Tail, and the Conversion Conference.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out working in the shops for a headwear retail company. I worked my way up to product development online, and the web world just pulled me in. After learning more of the trade and managing the online business, I began to specialize more in areas of marketing, until I realized that this allowed me keep things fresh. Every business is different. It's just fun learning about what buttons to push to help them grow in their own ways.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Groundwork search engine optimization. Paid search management. Web analysis and reporting. I also have experience in email marketing, social marketing, and display marketing development.
