What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very flexible and I factor in many components when I'm shooting such as number of people, locations, outfit changes, etc. All my prices include edited shots delivered in the form of digital media (Dropbox or Google Photos link).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I tend to ask a few questions to get a feel for what they want me to do, what type of shoot I'm getting booked for, and how to photos will be used so I can execute the vision in the most satisfactory way possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm largely self taught but I've also utilized several resources ranging from Youtube videos and LinkedIn Learning tutorials to help polish my skills.
