(Balt City - Only Business related papers/Not Residential!!!) Additionally, I provide skip tracing, photo investigations, surveillance and research.) I am a professional process server and certified to work with Private Investigators. I believe in commitment and strong communication with my clients. I am customer service driven and detail oriented. I believe in earning your confidence by completing your mission. (20% Refund Policy if work was done but not completed based on three attempts) (Give me 2 hrs. to respond) (Lastly, I reserve the right to abort a case without a refund if insufficient info effects the completion of the case).
