Dionne was great to work with! This was my first year as self employed with my business and she went above and beyond to walk me through steps and help me understand the numbers. She helped with my 2020 taxes and helping me figure out my quarterly taxes as well. She sets up private live meetings to discuss and has confidential portals to share your personal information. I definitely will be working with her again.

Dionne was great to work with! This was the first year I needed assistance with my filing and I found Dionne from a quick google search. She responded within a half hour of my initial inquiry and we were speaking over video-chat within a day (on a Saturday too!). During our initial consultation she walked me through her whole process and allowed me to familiarize her with my financial situation. Over the course of the next week, she responded promptly anytime I had a question over email and informed me immediately if I needed to provide her with anymore information. Before my documents were filed, we had reviewed everything again over video-chat with screen-share. Communication throughout the whole experience was a breeze, even though we were woking together during the pandemic and communicating entirely over email and video-chat. I would 10/10 recommend Dionne.

Dionne was like a breathe of fresh air after switching tax professionals. The past year has been rough even without covid because I dealt with a non responsive tax precessional. When I came to Dionne, she took me on with all my problems and questions.
