My experience was Mr. Jones was very pleasant. I called him. We set up an appointment. He walked me through what the home inspection would be like, he was knowledgeable about all the questions that I had asked him. He was very professional on the job. He walked me around the house outside and inside and pointed out things to me after the inspection. Let me know time frames of things that I probably would wanna fix, and what yo lookout for in the future. I was very satisfied with my experience with Mr. Jones.

I wanted to choose all the 5 options, but I could only do three. Nevertheless, I will write out the last two (punctuality & Value). Mr. Jones was also very patient in walking me through the house and explaining in detail everything that he found. Pricing is determined by square footage, because home inspectors are in a professional service business, the home inspection costs can range by location and by the individual provider. A standard home inspection can range in cost from $200 to $500 for a 2,000-sq.-ft. home. For a larger home, increase your estimate by $25 for every additional 500 sq.ft. For a house between 2,000 and 3,000 sq.ft. you can expect to pay $500 to $600.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to contact us by phone to speak with a scheduling coordinator. Our scheduling coordinators will gather all necessary information for confirming the appointment and they will notify the inspector of any specific concerns that the customer may have regarding the property being inspected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jones Home Inspection LLC is certified through the International Association of Commercial and Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Additionally, we are certified members and part of the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) through the National Environmental Health Association.
