- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a home by home basis. Harder jobs will require more cleaning products and time. Reoccuring jobs will come with a discounted price, the discounted price would start after the initial job is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like a quick meet and greet, go over the areas I will work with to be sure of the condition before and after the job is done. I check for an outdoor outlets and assure water spouts are in proper working condition. For home cleaning we like to take a tour and discuss all needs and areas for cleaning. For carpet cleaning we like to go over the areas and determine if it will be a standard or deep cleaning. I like to be upfront about time and cost before the job is started.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy power washing areas that have never had the service before, the look on the owners face when they see their restored property makes it all worth it.
