I had a virus that was bad it effected my network my laptop and pc Tom from pc troulbles fixed it fast he knew automatically what was wrong I always call on tom when I have computer problems.I give them an excellent rating.

My desktop computer was completely functionless. I had a backup of only a part of my data and pictures. I was given Tom's contact information. I called him. He came the same day. Because the damage was so complete he took my computer away with a promise to return it in three days. Three days later he called to ask when he could bring it back. He arrived on time set it up. He had got everything back and FUNCTIONING; with an offer to respond to any call from me 24/7. The next weekend he followed up with a call and came over to my house "just to see that everything was working." Over the next month I have called him several times with questions. He has answered them all,, either over the phone or by remotely accessing my computer and making the changes. He and his service are exemplary. He is always on time, understanding, responsive, and reliable. He is an extremely personable person, and as far as I can judge from our relatively short time of interaction, completely trustworthy and honest - he does like to talk! I recommend him and his maintenance contract for any computer work from a simple home-computer to a networked business enterprise.
