Can't say enough good things about the Alluring Floors team! They did a spectacular job on our floors - refinishing hardwood on two levels and installing LVT in our basement. Yazmin was extremely responsive, made great suggestions, and was easy to work with. Her team was professional and highly skilled. They also worked with us on a tight schedule and completed a large job in a short time period allowing us to move in on schedule. We talked to a number of companies, and Alluring Floors came in with the best quote. We were particularly impressed with their ability to work around some custom issues (piano, water stains, painters) while doing a really great job. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Alluring Floors!!! Yazmin and her team were professional, on time, respectful of our property, and they did excellent work on schedule. Yazmin was always responsive to messages and answered every question I had. When I was unsure about the stain color for my floors, she took the time to meet with me and my husband twice to mix samples. She did multiple stain patches for us to see the color, and made sure I was satisfied before they finished the work. From beginning to end of the process, she sent us updates, progress pictures, and let us know the status of our job. When we had unexpected minor issues come up along the way (issues with our floors, not problems with their work), Yazmin reached out immediately and explained everything plus showed us pictures of whatever needed to be handled. Yazmin even gave us tips on cleaning and maintaining the floor to keep it in good shape. Her experience and knowledge is obvious, and Alluring Floors did a beautiful job!!! She and the whole team were a pleasure to work with! You can tell they all enjoy what they do and want to make sure that their clients are happy with the end results. I would 1000% recommend Alluring Floors!

Yazmin and her team were consistently punctual, patient, and easy-going and made the floor refinishing process a dream.
