- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are dependent of a number of factors like expected guest size, number of hours required, additional feature requested, season, non profit status. Please contact us for a customized price for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consult and understand the customer needs. We then go on to design a sample template for their event, also a sample contract and invoice is generated. Once finalized, a contract is signed by both parties and the financials are taken care of. With the templates and dates locked out we look forward to the date of the event. On the day of the event we typically arrive an hour or more prior to the event and finally ensure our clients have a blast with out photo booths.
