- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start we lead with honesty,....that is the very basis of our business,. Next after a thorough evaluation we offer affordable prices, third, we uphold our warranties so every customer can rest assured that their repair is covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians undergo constant factory provided updated training on the latest products, and techniques. Additionally we do not invite any technician to join our team unless they have a verified 10 years experience in this industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing it with some of my buddies a very long time ago, learned, liked it, and committed to becoming the best at it.
