Planned with Paige can improve her future services by not excepting a contract that she's not capable of fully doing the job. She was way over her head trying to fulfill my desires and everything I suggested to her to purchase for the quality of celebration that I invisioned she proceeded to state how expensive that service would be and she could get it cheaper. I was baffle and desired to fire her after our third conversation. But I didn't. And for a week or more she just stop answering my text msgs or phone calls. After I explained her lack of interest in getting my desire for my celebration under way.I started purchasing Items that I wanted and needed without Paige input. And every time I sent her a image of the items that I wanted and purchased. She would finally answer me with some kind of smart remark like some else I could've made or I could have found it cheaper! So to you you & you who maybe considering Planned with Paige! Be ware! Her abilities aren't what her words describes!

Mrs. B, I am sorry that you are unhappy with my services. I thought your event as well as you and your family were wonderful. I went back through our communications and the longest we went without a text exchange was 6 days and in that time we met via Zoom. I know that you were upset that I was unable to take your call the Saturday before your event, but as you know I was coordinating a wedding that day and I do not take calls during events, just as I did not take any during yours. Almost every item for your event was thoroughly discussed in terms of options and costs and finalized by you. It is always my goal to leave my clients happy, and at no point did you indicate that you were anything but. I was very disappointed to be met with threats and accusations of racism after your event. I am always open to discussion and would have been more than happy to try to resolve this issue with you. I wish you and your family nothing but the best. Paige

Let me start by saying Paige is incredibly kind and very easy to talk to. She is warm, friendly, and confident. I think she has a lot of potential, but not the experience yet to back up what she says she is able to do. I hired Paige as a “day of” coordinator but she said it was more of a “month of” coordinator. From our contract and conversations, my understanding was that Paige would provide a timeline, layout, and run of show to the venue. Unfortunately, she did not deliver. She sent a simple layout and an incorrect timeline to the venue. She did not know my vendor names or contact info until the day of the event. During set up, my friend had to direct her and tell her where to go/what to do. She did not run point to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. My friend had to do the full run of show. When my friend coordinated with my family for speeches, Paige stated she was unaware that there would be speeches. Paige did, however, do a great job of table set up and decor. She helped with clean up and table clearing. She was present from about 12-10 pm of the event which I appreciated. I think Paige is great in a setup/tear down capacity. Give her a role and she will deliver! I don’t think she is at the point where she’s ready to be a planner. I hope she will learn from this experience and continue to grow her business - eventually doing full event planning!

Hey Jess, Thank you for the honest feedback! I do feel that the venue asked more of me than I’m use to. I found Kris to be difficult to work with, unkind, and demanding. However, none of that is your fault and I’m sorry that things slipped through the cracks! It was a balancing act for me trying to fulfill my duties to you as well as the demands of the venue. I appreciate your review and wish you and Ryan a life of love and happiness!

My pricing is VERY competitive and is customized to your needs! I don't ever want to charge for a service you don't need!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an initial consultation, either in person or virtual/phone. I want to hear about your vision and make sure we can make it happen! I do not charge for consultations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have assisted planning events for years with my sorority in college and now with my local car club. I have planned weddings, showers, and much more!
