FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I represent people in personal injury cases on a contingency percentage basis. That means that I don't get paid unless the case is successful. The initial consultation is free regardless of the type of case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process is to sit down together at my office or their home or office and go over the case for a free consultation. We discuss the accident and injury and plan out how to best proceed. During this meeting, I will lay out the options for the client as well as the expectations for the early part of the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Hofstra University Law School. I then began representing car accident victims in the Courts of New York. Following that time, I began working on the insurance defense side of the claims, representing the insurance companies in these cases. This gives me a great perspective on how they respond and attempt to defend personal injury cases. I have represented over a thousand victims of car accidents, work injuries and similar claims.
