- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll chat with you to find out about the kind of emotional overwhelm your experiencing then I curate a sequence for you where I will guide you through accepting, experiencing, and processing emotion through meditation and yoga. I work with you and take a holistic approach that will meet your emotional, and physical needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200hr YTT certified, B.S in psychology with an emphasis in Positive Psychology
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In college I worked with youth with various mental health disorders as a trained skills coach for dialectical behavioral therapy. I became a huge advocate for mindfulness found I had a knack for working with teens to help them regulate and manage emotions. As a highly sensitive empath, understanding emotions comes naturally to me. This led to me getting my degree in psychology. During my time as a student I worked in multiple treatment centers for mental health and as a life coach for teens with trauma and attachment disorders. When some life circumstances brought on my own anxieties and depressions, I knew I needed to supplement the skills and knowledge I had. I found yoga while living in China for 6 months. I fell in love with yoga and all of the anxiety Eastern philosophies in which yoga was founded. I got certified to teach in 2022 and have been helping clients with their emotional wellness through yoga ever since.
