We cannot speak highly enough of Pat and his company. Pat has handled a full landscapping job, landscape lighting and culvert walls and address pilar. He handled both the design and implementation.
He has done such a great job that we are considering additional landscapping and a large scale stone patio. He has also done grading work for the lawn renovation.
Pat was very responsive, Knowledgable and above all meticulous in his work. I watched as he measured every shrub, light and brick to ensure we were evenly spaced and always level. He came back in the evening to calibrate lights for maximum effect and continued to follow up.
You will not be sorry hiring Pat. He is a small business taking pride in his work, building a portfolio of success stories.
Instead of a “sales guy” who then sends another crew, hire Westman Property Management and deal directly with the expert, you won’t regret it!

Westman Property is the best. We had a patio put in. Westman’s work is hands down top notch. They are very responsive and professional. Even after the completion of the work, they checked in to make sure we were still satisfied. I would highly recommend.

We hired Patrick Westman to remove the diving board around our swimming pool and repave the section where the diving board was removed. Patrick did an awesome job, was punctual, and communication was incredible. This is the second job that Patrick has done for us, the first being repair of landscape lighting. Do not even think twice of hiring, Patrick. We particularly like the fact that he is a veteran, and still affiliates with the reserves.
