FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the same rates or better as you see on sites like Expedia, but with one major difference: added value and personal attention. Through my industry partnerships, I can often add perks like food & beverage credits, room upgrades, and early check-in at no extra charge. My services for standalone hotel, villa, and cruise bookings are completely free to you - ZERO FEES. For comprehensive, multi-stop custom itinerary planning, I charge a flat management fee that is fully transparent and clearly detailed on my website and would be discussed before we got started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: We begin with a complimentary 30-minute phone call to discuss your travel style, goals, budget, and expectations. 2. Proposal Development: Based on our conversation, we curate a custom travel proposal tailored specifically to you. 3. Refinement: We typically present 3 to 5 options aligned with your vision. If needed, we will provide up to 2 additional alternative options based on your feedback. 4. Booking & Confirmation: Once you approve the proposal, we manage all reservations and secure your itinerary. 5. Travel Documentation: You will receive a clean, organized, digital travel dossier prior to departure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Travel changes quickly, which is why ongoing education is a major part of my work. I hold specialized certifications with leading cruise lines (ocean, river, and luxury) and top international destinations to ensure I am recommending options tailored to your exact travel style. Beyond formal certifications, I participate in weekly supplier briefings, industry webinars, and partner networks. This keeps me updated on real-time travel trends, new resort openings, ship refurbishments, and exclusive deals and VIP perks that standard booking engines can't provide.
