HG flooring was one of 3 companies I asked for a free estimate. Henry came on time, helped answer all my questions, had samples available for me to review for my floors. The estimate was the best price for the work of all three companies. Henry was flexible when I wanted to go with a different floor than I had anticipated and reworked my quote immediately. We settled on a date for the work and when he had an opening earlier than that, he reached out to me and sent his ppl on time, and they were able to complete the work in a timely fashion. When there was a hiccup with the final invoice, Henry was accommodating and provided a new invoice based on what we discussed. He was available via text/call throughout the whole process. It was a great experience, and I love my new floors!
