What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As stated above quotes differ from house to house, I like to meet with or at least speak to customer before pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the customer inquiry for a service that we provide. Next we meet with the customer to discuss project desired. The next step is provide customer with a comprehensive quote for review. Quoted prices without communication with customer are purely speculation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years in the skilled trader industry.
