Do NOT even think about hiring this Bill King!!! He is a shuyster. He does NOT do professional work, and - takes his good old time when installing a pool. He had more excuses for his delays - and lies every chance he gets. I dont even know how this jerk is in business.
We hired him in February, and at the end of summer, in August, he STILL wasnt done with the pool! It has wrinkles in the liner, a wavey bottom area, and the POOL ISNT EVEN LEVEL!!! On top of it all - he has NO MHIC license. Then, he left and never did finish the work. Go with a reputable builder. This man is NOT trustworthy. In fact, he is a conniving, LYING jerkoff

Not true...the rainfall in May and June 2015 was RECORD setting and caused numerous delays...(Check with the Weather Service.) I did not leave the job, the home owner asked me not to return and that he had someone else to complete the job. I was not paid in full. We were rushed and harassed the whole job and I have texts and emails to prove it. I have many good references for my work. When he asked me to leave, the pool was up and running, clear and swimmable. Only thing not finished was pouring deck and adjustment to coping as I offered.

While Bill was very nice and professional, I was not satisfied with the result. Originally, I asked for a total quote to fix a leak and we settled on an amount. After looking for the leak on-and-off for about an hour, Bill determined that the leak was too small for him to find. Because of that, he knocked off 25% of the agreed to price. However, the recommendation was to send me a liquid leak product (I was to pay for) and have me apply it and stir it around myself. He said it wouldn't be worth my money if he had to come back up just to apply the product. And then if the product didn't work I'd need to get a diver to find and patch the leak which would be several hundred more. We decided that, instead of using a product that might not work, we'd opt to get a diver to ensure the leak if fixed. So ultimately my frustration is that the agreement was to fix the leak and after payment I'm in the same place I was before the service.

Bill was great. Delivered what he promised and then some. My wife actually met him at the house and had a good experience. His communication was good, came on time and preformed in an experienced, professional manner. He will be my go to for all pool related needs going forward. Thank you Bill!!!!
