FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two projects and no two clients are exactly alike. Each client has their particular taste, quality of taste, and how much they can and are willing to invest in their design project. That's why it is important to have a full discovery session with my client and see the space we are designing so we can develop a working plan and give an estimated range based on my client's desires. However, an agreed investment range that is comfortable for my client would be the framework used to design and develop what THEY want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I help my clients avoid costly mistakes and save time and money by doing a thorough phone consultation and an in-home face to face discovery process. Upon doing a number of excercises and deep diving into my client's tastes, my client's specific style, likes and dislikes, functional desires, as well as a budgetary range they indicate they can afford, a unique and beautiful environment is designed from conception to installation. We determine how much or how little they want accomplished, we can always work in phases that will be more comfortable for my client. The process is fun, exciting, and the end results is uniquely tailored to my client....whereas they can say WOW, THIS IS TOTALLY ME!!
