As the Owner and Certified Organizer for Creatively Organized LLC, each job is personal to me. It took me several years to build my client base. I’m happy to say I have over 100 clients with consistent repeat service. Organizing is not only labor intensive, it’s an extremely personal service. Keep in mind, your client is allowing you to enter his/her personal space. This is a big deal! With that said, there is a high level of respect that goes into providing organizational services for my client. I’m 100% vested in providing the highest customer service experience possible. I do not come in with a big team of strangers. This is a personal service. It is my experience that, a team of strangers can be intimidating and create unwanted anxiety in an already perhaps stressful situation. So with that said, 95% of the time, I am the only one in your home. Although, for larger jobs, I may have an assistant who has been background checked and pre-screen. I have also been pre-screened and background checked through the Thumbtack platform. Our company is also full insured. We take time getting to know our client, incorporating compassion and understanding of their habits and specific needs. Although there is a template to organizing one's home, you have to keep in mind, that everyone's home, functions differently; so my organizational services are often vividly customized, to compliment my clients day-to-day needs. The Creatively Organized team came in and immediately begin to work; mind you, they performed a free 30-minute site visit prior to the service. They performed an intense purge (3 hr service) in my closets as those were the areas I had the most anxiety about. This was a pre-move service. After the purge and removal of a few unwanted items, they created a manifest and moving labels for each of my rooms. They also took a couple of bags to the donation center and emailed me the receipt. A fantastic and through job with a great prices.

I hired Tonja for a three-hour consultation for my boyfriend Jeremy. He needed some help developing his personal style and not only did she get him on the right track, but she also made the experience fun. Jeremy is actually excited to go shopping now and we plan to bring Tonja along the way. This was a first time experience for the both of us and we didn't really know what to expect ("What Not To Wear" was my only point of reference), but as soon as Tonja came in, her warm personality made us feel like we had known each other for a long time. She is bubbly, funny, and all about making the client look his/her absolute best. She even gave ME some tips on taking my wardrobe to the next level. What I love the most is her mission to not simply 'makeover' the client, but to help him/her express who they are in a stylish way. She organized his closet and gave the items he no longer wanted to the thrift store. She's even sending him the donation receipts in the mail. Thank you so much, Tonja! You have clients for life!
