We also supply additional bar and serving staff upon request. I am TAM certified as well as TIP certified. I have 10 years of experience in both upscale and high volume environments. Tia was great! She was very responsive, worked with us to customize a specialty drink menu and interacted well with our guests. Everyone loved the drinks!

I hired TCB to create and install, a simple air filled balloon design that was attached to a stationary frame for my niece’s HS Graduation party. I was not happy with the end results, neither the professionalism. The design was supposed to serve as a backdrop around the entire window area. This was not done. She was aware of the 2 hour window time for set up. She came by herself. It was not a solo job, unless you're an “experienced”balloon designer. I was very disappointed. Our guests kept asking if the balloon decorations were done. When I looked for her to share some of my concerns, she was gone. Needless to say, I would not hire her again.

I would highly recommend Tia! She quickly responded to questions, helpful in establishing a menu and professional during our event. My family and friends were impressed with their drinks and she was very accommodating for special requests. Tia made our celebration even more enjoyable and I will definitely utilize her services again!!!!

I hired TCB for setup, food service, and cleanup of my wedding reception and unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them. I am only putting this review so that future customers are aware of the issues that I experienced on my wedding day. I First of all, I paid over $900 for three staff members’ services and before the booking, I had phone calls with Tia ensuring that she knew what stuff was needed for my wedding (aka setup, food service, and cleanup). On the day of the event I send my family to get started with the setup and I get a call from them telling me that Tia and two staff members showed up but that Tia is acting very short with everyone. When I showed up to the venue Tia acted very aggressive towards me and I was so confused because no tasks had been done for her to feel upset or act this way so far! Throughout the event Tia was seen just doing her nails and being on her phone while the two other staff members were amazing and super helpful. At every task given out, Tia scoffed and was really rude to my family. For example, when it was time to pack up leftover food, she told my mom why they wouldn’t just throw it out (what?). When it was time to cut the cake, she didn’t want to do it and my parents had to cut them all along with the two staff members because Tia didn’t want to do it. When it was time for cleanup, the staff up and left while my husband and I were busy doing our photo session. I came back to no TCB staff and only my family and friends cleaning up the place by themselves. Again, I want to clarify that I made sure to discuss all tasks beforehand and heard no issues before I hired TCB. On the day of the event, my whole family plus friends (15+ people) were there setting up and breaking down the event because Tia was not helpful with anything. I had to rely on my family snd friends to make sure that things ran smoothly and it seemed like I just wasted $900 of my money which i could have just given to my family and friends. I really had the worst time with this company and the only saving grace was her two staff members who were amazing and gracious with everything asked of them. I wish I had spent all that money on some other event staffing team because Tia’s energy was so hostile from the beginning and most of my family/friends helpers were so confused why someone hired to do setup, food, and cleanup would be acting hostile from the minute they showed up to the event. Most of the glowing reviews I see are of TCB doing mixology. So since my event was not that service, I am assuming that this company is probably good at mixology but not good at event management. I would not recommend TCB for any special events setup or cleanup. You would be better off spending your money elsewhere.
