- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on the guest size,open bar or set drinks,and the number of hours and any additional services outside of bartending requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a conversation about the customers vision and expectation. I send an agreement to the customer via email. This will outline my services and fee for the event. Once the agreement is signed and returned a fifty percent deposit is due to lock in the date. The other fifty percent is due upon completion of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TAM certified. This stands for Technics of alcohol management. This is important if you are using a venue that requires the bartender to be licensed. I also have a Serve Safe certificate which relates to proper handling of food.
