We selected Maryland Home Remodel to complete our 203k full rehab and we could not have been happier with the decision. From a full gut of the historic home is a daunting project but Glinda and Marvin Maryland Home Remodel made it easy and stress free. It was clear The team has many years experience in construction and he was on hand to advise and help us every step of the way. The house looks immaculate, we are thrilled. The workman and contractors were all professional and hard working. Again, Glinda kept us informed through every stage of the building process and even now, two months after we took delivery of the home she still keeps in touch making sure everything is okay and following up if anything needs addressing. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled given the enormity of the build project and the costs involved, you will not go wrong with Maryland Home Remodel and Glinda - a true professional who genuinely cares about giving you the best service and product available.

Glinda was there to work with my design team for several weeks so everyone could be happy with the end result. Glinda and her team did an amazing job and easily fit in with the other renovations being done. They installed very large very heavy beams into a major new luxury project. Designed and installation of a luxury kitchen and bathrooms. Very hard working and ensured that the project was done right and quickly. Will hire them again. Thanks

We called them, they came out, when they said they would! Did one amazing job, friendly, respectful and a wonderful experience!! We had to redo a pergola that was 2 year old and a new deck. I’m sooooo happy! Thank you Glinda and Marvin! Office staff also very nice and efficient! I would recommend this team any day.
