- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complications here! We just sign a contract and you pay at the event’s conclusion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client contacts me after I submit a quote, I like to schedule either an in-person meeting or a phone call with them to discuss their needs and what they envision their event to look like. I also provide my clients with a DJ information sheet where they can let me know about things like the schedule of the event, special songs and anything else important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep practicing and stay up on current music trends to stay relevant.
