Tasha and her partner were on time. They were friendly. They were supposed to do a deep clean on my home as per my request on Thumbtack. The bathrooms were cleaned very well. The carpets and the baseboards were cleaned very well. However, there was miscommunication regarding the promotional rate and the rate charged, the cleaning was too rushed, there were areas in the bedrooms that were not dusted at all, and there was concern regarding the substance used on the hard wood floors. The caveat is that the house was quite dusty. Tasha and her team need to take their time and if need be, charge more for their promotions, if they want to maintain a relationship with the people they service. They should not use a bait and switch tactic, and most of all really really dust well, as this is an area that can easily be verified.
