I hired Moises to replace my car alternator. Before I met him, I found him to be very responsive by text messages, and he proposed a reasonable cost estimate for the task. He additionally sent me options for selecting an alternator with price ranges which I found helpful. He came to my house on a Saturday to fix the car and brought with him the alternator that I had selected. When I met him, I found him to be very courteous and he confirmed the diagnosis before proceeding with the task. It was immediately obvious he was a professional who knew exactly what he was doing. Throughout the process he had a calm and pleasant demeanor. At the end of the task he checked to make sure everything was working properly and asked me to take my car for a spin to make sure all was working properly, and all was. After he finished, he packed the old part and discarded material and hauled them in his truck which I appreciated. In summary, wonderful experience with Moises and I highly recommend him for any car trouble.
