Hello, my name is David Bugg (DJ Bugsy) and there are three main reasons why I entertain as a Disc Jockey:
1. I love being a professional entertainer.
2. I have a great passion for music of all kinds.

DISC JOCKEY SERVICES
As a DJ, I bring over 21 years of experience (includes 3 of my 4 years of hosting college parties, 4 years of sports bar & club residencies, and over 15 years of pool parties, birthday parties, festivals, sports events, corporate events, and many weddings) to every event, along with over 7 decades of music & dozens of genres. During my 21-year journey, I have collected music from all over the world by doing a good number of international events (French, Russian, Indian, Korean, Syrian, Latin, Brazilian, and African) to name a few. I’ve learned to be professional, and polished with quality emceeing skills, to be able to command an audience & create an energetic atmosphere, and to be able to connect with an audience (engage the crowd) in order to anticipate what they like (resulting in TOTALLY AWESOME PARTIES!!!). At the same time, I learned to be flexible when changes occur, which is why my clients find that I’m pretty easy to work with. I also learned to handle music for multiple age levels, as well as, different ethnic groups of people. I demonstrate that every day as I keep up with new music for the younger generation, and still bring the party for our older friends. I'm open to any genre of music from around the world. I use state-of-the-art equipment with backup, and I make certain that our presentations are amazing (delivering the best quality in sound & lighting).
My business stands out mostly by my client reviews, and feedback (all positive)! It’s a testament to the hard work, preparation, and dedication that I put in before every event. I’m always looking to improve my work (through seminars, webinars, expos, and the DJ brotherhood). My emceeing style is fun, yet professional. My mixes & transitions are smooth (because I don’t want to have people tripping over themselves due to some crappy mixes). I love that kids and adults all recognize me (even at the grocery store) and request my services on a more local-level based on past or recent performances (i.e. local pool parties, festivals, school events, sweet16s, weddings, graduation parties, sports events, or family & class reunions).

Bugsy's Photo Booth made its debut on March 17, 2017, with a traditional photo booth, and its success has been phenomenal. We introduced the 360 Booth in December 2021. Bugsy's Photo Booth is custom made by Atlanta Photo Booth Company (featuring the Venue Pro and the Venue 360). I DJ weddings and parties almost every weekend, and a photo booth has been requested at 80% of them, with bookings up to a year in advance. Photo booth adds a ton of fun & excitement to any event (kids and especially adults).
The Venue Pro (traditional booth) @ $150/hour features:
* uses a professional grade camera that utilizes the flash to guarantee there is not motion blur and photos are pristine

* (2) 2x6 photo strips or (1) 4x6 print (3 large pics)

Our Sequined Backdrop curtains are 10w x 8h, and are available in the following colors:
Black, White, Champagne, Royal Blue, Burgundy, Gold, Pink, Turquoise, Silver, Rose Gold, Light Gold, Red, and Green.
Our Fabric Backdrop curtains are 10x8, and are available in the following colors:
Dark Teal, Hunter Green, Marigold, Red, and Orange.
Of course, you are welcomed to bring your own custom backdrop.
THE 360 BOOTH
The Venue 360 Booth @ $250/hour features:

The entire gallery is emailed to the host
Scrapbooking service ($100): BEST in the Land! A nicely decorated book containing artwork, layers of texture, embellishments, stamping, and die cuts. Of course, your scrapbook will include everyone’s wacky photo…along with comments and well-wishes…all while keeping the theme and special interests in mind…(a nice keepsake). That gives your scrapbook great authenticity! No other photo booth service does scrapbooking quite the same as Bugsy!
The host gets the entire gallery! All of the photo booth pics, or 360 videos are delivered to the host of the event via Dropbox link by email, or on a USB flash drive to run slide shows or to post items to your favorite social media.
Indoor Enclosure ($50): one-time fee
The lighted, inflatable, indoor enclosure has become very popular, and creates a huge “wow” factor. The inflatable enclosure is (10x10x10) cubed, and does not require a backdrop.
Outdoor Enclosure ($25): one-time fee
For indoors or outdoors, we use a (10x10x15) canopy with panels to enclose three to four sides (requires 15 feet of height clearance, and additional lighting).
Due to COVID-19, some of the props cannot be utilized (such as fabric items). We do offer hand sanitizer & sanitizing wipes when handling our plastic props (such as our plastic signs, hats & inflatable items).
The photo booth unit has a round mirrored face, changing colored vanity lights, can tilt up or down for those taller and shorter subjects, and sits on a sleek pedestal stand & base with a 3x3 footprint of space. The camera within is a Canon T5. The user-friendly, touch-screen shows (welcome screen, live view, 5 second countdown for each photo, on-screen session pics that fill in the photo strip after each camera shot, and a gallery slide-show in idle mode). The color-print format is 3 photos on a 2x6 strip, or 4x6 print that turn out super clear from our high-speed, dye-sublimation printer, and there's always a helpful staff member.

SPECIAL CHALLENGE PROJECT
I really enjoy seeing people having a good time, and I can feed off of just that. Ever since college (where I first started hosting parties for fun) I enjoyed seeing people doing the "Soul Train" line, or the Electric Slide, or Follow the Leader at the many parties I've hosted. We had a "No Wallflower" policy, so if you showed up to my college party, you had to dance. Today, I love the spontaneity of watching people fall into a Congo train line, or singing the lyrics out loud, and watching the elderly folks keeping up with the younger ones. I also love challenging events, and finding solutions to those challenges (whether it's adding special lighting, demonstrating a line dance, bringing sound to a remote area, or making a digital recording, in advance, of a Dad playing on a Pipe Organ "Here Comes The Bride" so that he could still walk his daughter down the aisle). I also love being able to handle diverse groups of people, and to speedily honor music requests. Most of all, I love the sense of euphoria I get when I’m connected with an audience, and I hear outbursts of cheers from one song to the next, along with all the wonderful comments, high-fives, fist-bumps, and standing ovations at the end of an event. It tells me that I must be doing a good job! 🎶 👏 👏👏🤝🤝🤜🤜😊😎 and makes me feel warm & good inside. My head could easily swell, but I have to stay grounded & humbled, because I believe that it’s not about the DJ, but it’s about going beyond the client’s expectations. As your DJ, I bring focus, and passion to each event to help everyone to have a great time! After all, if the guests have a great time, then the client shines, and the DJ shines!
My prices are competitive.
DJ services are $200/hour

Up lights: $20/unit
Custom monogram gobo light: $200 (features your names and the date)
Non-custom gobo light: $50 (either happy birthday, party time, or congratulations)
Animated Projection: $300

Disco Intelligent multi-colored Sphere: $50
Cold Sparks: $200
Have a “Grand Entrance” with the highly-requested, non-flammable cold sparks that shoot up 6 - 15 feet in the air. These units are safe to operate indoors and out. You may need to obtain permission from the venue.
Lighting Rig: $100
This structure will stand up to 12’ high, and supports multiple, hanging lights.
Projector rental: $250
Our projector is available to display videos or pictures on a slideshow (that you would provide). This JVC projector has multiple inputs (USB, micro USB, SD card slot, HDMI) and outputs (RCA, HDMI, along with audio out). There is a media player attached that will support animated video. The powerful light bulb (5000 lumens) can send a clear image for up to 300” (diagonal) even in bright conditions. This projector is also keystone adjustable.
Projector Screen rental: $150
Our projector screen is an HD display, 80” or 120” (diagonal) 16:9 ratio, portable (indoor/outdoor) unit with 8k 4K 3D 2D support.
Fog machine: $50 (this may interfere with flash photography, and may set off smoke alarms)
Low-Lying Fog: no longer available due to venue rejection at multiple locations.
