- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We assess each client's budget, existing pieces, & desires/needs to create a custom design for your space. Our consultation fees are deducted from your service fees ALWAYS. If we are having a promotion, we will honor those prices at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The HAUTEway outlines the process from beginning to end. Connect – Schedule a free 15 minute discovery call, where we discuss your project goals. Consult – Up to a 45min virtual consultation to view your space & discuss the aesthetic, budget, and timeline of your project. *There is a $250 non-refundable fee required for this service and includes a client style profile, a detailed mood board, and a customized cost proposal for your space. If you choose to move forward with our services this fee will be applied to your overall service balance. Create – Upon approval of onboarding materials, as our prospective client, we will outline the details of your project and obtain your approval on the design concept. Construct – We carefully curate your space (Kick off your shoes and relax ya feet). Complete - Your BIG reveal! Time to enjoy your space!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Apparel Studies, as well as a Master’s in Business Marketing and Business Administration, respectively. Each of these experts have over 12 years combined experience in styling, organizing, staging, and visual merchandising
