We recently just purchased our first home and were in desperate need of someone to remove all the overgrown vines, branches and dirt. Rudy was so quick at responding to my message and stopped by to look around. He came back the next day and got the job done! We are so happy with how it turned out. This was such a disappointing experience. Initially, the communication I received from them was great. But the work they did
Details: Residential • Small (less than 1,000 sq ft) • Installed onto bare soil • No clearing needed prior to sod installation • I need the pro to provide the sod

Customer is mad because sod grass was incorporated where a pre existing storage box/bin was in place and that area was included in measurements that outlay installation area. Nonetheless ordered an excessive amount of sod and when I brought it to her attention what to do with the remaining sod rolls she said “keep it for another project”. No accountability to the inconvenience or cost of disposal. Being a professional it wouldn’t be right to have grass at a different level to pre existing yard furniture, and adding I told the customer once the grass began to adapt and hold I’d move the storage bin back.
