They were unable to perform the work and did not show up or alert me. I called when they were "30 minutes late" - but really not coming at all.
Pleasant to deal with on the phone to schedule the appointment, but bad review due to outcome.

We are glad to hear that scheduling the appointment was a good experience. We strive to provide accurate surveys to our clients. Because of the amount of property exchanges and modifications that have been made in DC, in some rare cases data has not be recorded well, making it impossible for us to produce results we can be sure are 100% accurate. In your case there was not sufficient information in the D.C. Surveyor's Office to complete this job accurately. The D.C. Surveyor's Office had missing wall checks and distances making it impossible for our company to confidently complete the job. Our crew proceeded to the property early just in case there were sufficient physical markers to complete the job, but found that there were not and continued to the next site. We apologize for not being able to complete the task and further apologize that we did not communicate this information in a timely manner.
