Technician arrived at home, installed my AC Condenser, Evaporator Coil, and removed my old condenser at an excellent price. He is personable and prices reasonable. He is concerned about items you are (i.e. distributed air balance in every room of the house, energy efficiency). When performing a task if he sees an extra item which needs to be replaced (e.g. PVC Pipe) he just does it. He's worth every penny. ; ) Try him out.

James is a rare find when it comes to home repairs! He is honest, reliable and does quality work. He explained everything to me step by step. JP Mechanical completed the removal of our old water heater and oil furnace and replacement with a combo natural gas powered one.
James was a clear communicator, provided a competitive quote, was respectful of our space while working, and did excellent work! Would absolutely recommend and use for future work!

Contacted James on a Friday morning after being told by the firm that installed my system that they could come out in a month. James was booked during the day but said he could come out in the evening. He fixed the problem I had originally called about almost immediately but continued to look at the system when it wasn't cooling the house. Added a few pounds of Freon and system was back to normal. His charge was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

Ac unit needed a new filter on the R22 line but that didn't fix the issue completely ended up needing more freon in the end so the job ran over my budget but he worked till it was done and I would use again.
