I hired David to do a few jobs around my house (install baseboard molding, install outdoor light fixture, repair closet rod system, install/repair 2 ceiling pipe access panels, repair storm door closure). David knows exactly what he's doing and came up with effective solutions to address each of the areas he worked on. The quality of the work is outstanding and it was performed in a timely manner and at a fair cost. I will definitely use David as my handyman going forward and recommend him to others.

David was really great!! I had an issue with a door rubbing the bottom of my floor. He fixed the issue, communicated the entire time, and offered some suggestions about another door issue I was having. Pricing was reasonable too. I will definitely be calling him in the future. Highly recommend!

This guy is amazing! He repaired items for my tenant and made communication super easy between all parties to setup a time to come. His pricing was spot on, sent pictures of the work done and was amazing. Will hire again for sure. Glad to finally find an awesome handyman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On non-bid jobs I charge $165 for the first 3 hrs and $60 per hr thereafter for almost ANYTHING, which is far below the market value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually contact you in advance with my pricing and a few questions about the job. If we agree then I get you on the books and get it completed asap.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Navy Veteran that Served over 10 years in the Electronics and Radio fields. I have been in construction since 5yrs old helping my Grand Father. After serving I continued in the Electronics field while remodeling my own property and eventually other people's properties which I have been doing every since.
