- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Actually first after I received their interest for my work I will like to have a phone call to make a personal introduction of me and know the needs and likes of the customer to be serve. After that if the customer decide to hire me. I will let them know the details of the work,payment and satisfaction rating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did received courses for Health interpreting and the basic things that you have to present at the moment of the interpretation or translation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did work for the Health Department as interpreter and with my background of preschool teacher they hired me as teacher for 0-3 years old, being the Spanish population the highest that we serve and also founded the Early Head Start program where I live.
