- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will first fill out a consultation form. From there, we'll schedule a 30-minute free consultation to discuss their project in detail. After the consultation, KGL Design Studios will give the customer a quote. From there, the customer can choose to hire us for their project or choose to move forward with a different design agency. Customers who want to hire KGL Design Studios will have to complete a two-part process for us to begin working on their project: 1) Digitally sign an agreement through DropBoxSign, and 2) Pay a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the project's total cost through PayPal invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Katerina Lescouflair is the CEO and Head Designer at KGL Design Studios. Her qualifications are as follows: Education - Thumbtack Top Pro 2020 and 2021 - Wix Partner Motivation - Loves colors! - Loves to help others be their best selves :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Whenever Katerina had to design a presentation or write a report, she always loved combining colors, fonts, and innovative layouts to tell a story through design. While this level of creativity if frowned upon in medical research, launching KGL Design Studios gave Katerina and her fellow creative partners the opportunity to express their love of art and design through propelling others' businesses and organizations to the next level.
