FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing isn't fair to my company or to the customer. There are many considerations to account for during each individual project and our price is specific to the customer and directly related to the costs unique to their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet and see if we are a good fit for each other. Believe it or not, we are just as selective about who we do business with as our customers. From there it is an information gathering process, I ask as many questions as possible to see exactly what you want and what you like. From there we come up with ideas and finally a desired outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is from Towson University where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. The industry specific experience has been gained in the field and on jobsites. As the owner I hold a Maryland Home Improvement License and employ a fantastic crew with many years of professional landscape and hardscape experience.
