- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair prices and I try to accommodate everyone, down to seniors and the military ppl that risk their lives for mines. To my experience in this business, I have underbided many jods because I did not properly expected the home.Square-footage is the most important tool to use when assessing the right price for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everybody needs and wants are different, and getting to know the customer one on one is important. I have learned through my experience,what works for one doesn't always work for the other. It is important in this line of business, to earn your customers trust and listen to their request and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First of all I raised 4 girls so cleaning was a must! I also worked at the Dupont Hotel in Wilmington, Del for small cleaning service in 1994.
