i started a project for Mr Baldus I was unable to finish due to weather and an unexpected health concern in my family. I completed 70 to 80 percent and accepted payment to end the contract at approx 60 percent of the qoute. Quoting and accepting this job was a mistake on my part and I am extremely sorry to Mr Baldus for the inconvenience I caused him.

Jeff moved a light switch and patched the drywall. He completed the work within a couple hours meeting his cost and timing estimate. Wall looks good and switch is working fine.
