Though I have standard pricing, I prefer to discuss a customer's specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is an initial meeting via phone to discuss your needs and determine I am best suited to meet your needs. Depending on the service, the process may include completion of a pre-meeting questionnaire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michelle is a graduate of the Honors Program at Coppin State University where she earned a BS in Management Science with a minor in marketing. With nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector, she has served in every paid and volunteer role in a nonprofit. Her clients benefit from her real life experience, coupled with the continued professional development she receives through memberships with Grants Professionals Association, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and Maryland Nonprofits.
