Kevin and his team worked on my rental to grade the lawn for an attempt to address the moisture issue in the basement. The work was executed greatly. I got plenty of photos of the resulted lawn, and Kevin was very professional and courteous throughout the process. Will definitely work with Eden construction and Kevin in the future if need arises.

The team at Eden Construction and Property Services was an absolute delight to work with. Kevin was prompt and thorough and gave me a lot of ideas on how to keep upgrading my property. He was so friendly, generous, and kind, but also reasonable in his estimates. I enjoyed working with the team as collaborators, and I will certainly work with Eden again as I have needs for my property. I hired them to grade around my house, install a path in my backyard and install a drain. I think it was artfully and thoughtfully completed.

Working with Kevin was a delight! He arrived on time (masked up) and quickly understood what the problems were and you could tell he was turning over in his mind potential solutions. He was able to leverage and integrate some of my previously deployed solution and augment it with an even more effective solution. First problem? Ponding water that would not drain due to the soil being clay. First Solution? Sink a drain box/catch basin with 4" articulated rubber corrugated pipe buried over crushed stone which allowed the water to exit beyond the property line. Second problem? Lawn needed to be re-seeded. Second Solution? Seeded lawn and covered with straw (we'll keep an eye on that to see how successful that solution is). Highly recommend Eden Construction and Property Services.

I reached out to Eden Construction and Property Services to fill and grade a large circular area in my backyard left from removing an above ground pool. Kevin responded quickly and was able to come out within 24 hours to look over the site. He provided me with a reasonable price and scheduled the job within the following week. He estimated 2 days, however, the crew was able to complete the job in 1. Highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises!

I used Eden Construction to grade around my house for proper drainage and put down a new gravel driveway. I’m extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and plan to use them for any future needs as well.
