Kevin and his team worked on my rental to grade the lawn for an attempt to address the moisture issue in the basement. The work was executed greatly. I got plenty of photos of the resulted lawn, and Kevin was very professional and courteous throughout the process. Will definitely work with Eden construction and Kevin in the future if need arises.

The team at Eden Construction and Property Services was an absolute delight to work with. Kevin was prompt and thorough and gave me a lot of ideas on how to keep upgrading my property. He was so friendly, generous, and kind, but also reasonable in his estimates. I enjoyed working with the team as collaborators, and I will certainly work with Eden again as I have needs for my property. I hired them to grade around my house, install a path in my backyard and install a drain. I think it was artfully and thoughtfully completed.
