I hired Affordable Restoration to do some repair work in my home after I had water damage. Derek was never on time, very unprofessional and the work he did was terrible. He took short cuts like only replacing partial subflooring and padding which caused gaps in my flooring. Guaranteed to come back if I wasn't satisfied but never showed up again. I would never use him again and would not recommend him to anyone.
