- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be fair in our pricing, and we never up charge on products. So our customers pay the same price for materials and supplies as we do. Up charging for materials is one things that we find that a majority of our competitors do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done an extensive amount of online training and research, but the REAL training comes from being in the field. There’s no better experience than actually being on the job, if you ask me. That’s where you run into Real problems and the Real issues arise and you have to quickly and efficiently come up with a solution that’s going to produce positive results. I can’t speak for everyone, but I know me myself… I definitely LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES! Giving me more knowledge and experience, and honestly the lessons that I’ve learned on the job is what ultimately sets us apart from our competitors!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It’s a passion that my wife and I have always had, and something we’ve talked about doing for years. Once Covid hit and we found ourselves out of work for the time being we decided to give it a shot and we haven’t turned back since!
