I have been working out with Clara as my coach since the end of February of this year. She is the first person to pay attention to my form when i am doing the exercises. No one ever paid attention to this detail which i am finding makes a huge difference in how my body feels and looks. She reprimands me when needed and i like being held accountable. Clara is also guiding me with new tools when it comes to nutrition. I was constantly hungry and afraid to eat things for fear of gaining weight. Clara has given me new ideas and has made me aware of how I was depriving my body. I look forward in the continued success I will have at Relentless because of people like Clara working there.

Clara works with me at Relentless Strength and Conditioning. Her jovial personality and incredible work ethic are only two of a multitude of traits that make her a wonderful trainer and advisor. She has an ease with which she communicates and an innate knowledge of a person's potential which allow her to work with anyone on the health and fitness spectrum: those just starting out to an individual well-versed in matters of the gym. She has helped me to define my goals, envision achieving those goals and produced in me a new perspective for how I approach health and fitness. I find it needless to say she is always on time. Clara clearly has a passion for health and supporting others, and I think that makes her a unique member and trainer within the fitness community.

I can't say enough about Clara. She has motivated me to attend class even when I didn't want to go and was always right that it made me feel better. She pushes me to the next level with lifting and has more confidence in my abilities that I do myself. She also very helpful with my nutrition. Clara is interested in us performing at our fullest potential.

Working out with Clara has been a excellent experience. She is a fantastic motivator who will not let you short change yourself. She makes going to the gym something I look foward and enjoy rather then try and find a excuse not to go.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Absolutely! I follow a variety of industry experts, am getting certified in nutrition, and have an ongoing list of books, blogs, and podcasts that I try my best to absorb daily.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I had a 9-5 after college and wanted to do what I was passionate about. I started getting into fitness in college and loved the way I could manipulate my body and do things I never thought I could do. So I got an internship and jumped right in! I learned a lot at my previous job, working with clients ranging from 20 to 80 years of age with various abilities and needs. It's been the most fulfilling work I have ever done and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Well, let me start by saying that I am not a cheerleader. I consider myself more of a coach. I am here to help you achieve your goals, and become accordingly invested. I coach your towards your goals. I consult on nutrition. I educate you about what you're doing and why.
